Extremely rude and unwilling to communicate. My moms car was stolen then found and impounded at their yard. They waited until last minute to send a letter letting us know her car was going to be sold. The car is essentially being stolen by advanced towing, I recommend you use any other tow service available before you go to this scummy joke of a business.

I just want to thank all the staff from this great company from the dispatchers to the tow truck drivers all they are very professional and they treat customers good, I had a special need where I need it a bob cat tow it from a rental place to my house and they did an excellent job, with a great customer service.
